dropped calls when leaving voicemail
«

My wife has been experiencing several dropped calls while leaving voicemail.
After reviewing related topics on the forum I thought I would try increasing the RTP KeepAliveInterval to 5 and restrict the codec to G711u. However in the OBi 100 OBiTalk expert configuration menu I'm unable to make any changes to the RTP setting and it's not clear how to restrict the codec to G711u.
Thanks for any tips or suggestions.

I figured out that when you click on the check box that is selected (OBiTALK Settings), it will select the 'Device Default' box. You can then select the 'Device Default' box and that will turn off that check mark and you can then select 'Enable' check box to Disable the other codecs listed. I was also unable to change the 0 to 5 in the RTP settings.
