This used to work till my wife changed her Google Voice password, the account our Obi Gateway is tied to. Before I realized what was going on, I had reset the inbound call settings for Voice Services -> OBiTALK Service -> InboundCallRoute to default. Previously it was something quite complex. I recall seeing an SP1 in the string. I think it was doing some call forking and some really weird stuff. Idiot that I am, I didn't copy the settings before changing them. Now I can't get my soft phone to call out. Whenever I place a call my home phone (the Obi Gateway) rings. Can someone post the settings for the InboundCallRoute. I think they get modified from the default when you install the Obi middleware??? Thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling the middle ware. Any help would be appreciated.

Voice Services -> OBiTALK Service -> InboundCallRoute : {290123456>(Msp1):sp1},{290123456:aa},{ph}

where 290123456 is the OBiTALK number of your OBiAPP for PC.

I'm having a similar issue. I can dial OBI to OBI but can't dial external. Dial out rings my work OBI.

290700000 (softphone)
200000009 (home obi)
200800000 (work obi)

Softphone OBI Gateway --> work obi

Home Obi:
SP1 Service X_InboundCallRoute - {pp(ob200800000),pp(ob290700000),ph}
OBiTALK Service InboundCallRoute - {200800000>(<+:>(Msp1)):sp1},{ph}

X-Lite config:
User ID: 290700000
Domain: 127.0.0.1

Work Obi:
SP1 Service X_InboundCallRoute - {pp(ob200000009),pp(ob290700000),ph}
OBiTALK Service InboundCallRoute - {290700000>(<+:>(Msp1)):sp1},{200000009>(<+:>(Msp1)):sp1},{ph}

Any suggestions?

Work Obi:
OBiTALK Service InboundCallRoute - {290700000>(<+:>(Msp1)):sp1},{200000009>(<+:>(Msp1)):sp1},{ph}

Assuming you're wanting the softphone to dial out through SP1 of your Work OBi:

Work Obi:
OBiTALK Service InboundCallRoute - {290700000>(Msp1):sp1},{200000009>(<+:>(Msp1)):sp1},{ph}

Well that worked! What does the "<+:> " do btw?

Thank you!

The leading '+' is used to identify calls from the opposite OBi that are to be routed to SP1.
