OBI 110 not working properly

Hi there, I been using two OBI 110 to communicate with Ecuador without issues for a quite a while, but as every good thing comes to an end......
When I sign in to the OBItalk it said that both of my equipment are offline and of course I can not make call from one to the other, but using the phone I got the IP address and I'm able to see the OBI (both) in the computer. The one here in the US has the SP1 assigned to a Google Voice account and I can call in and out using the phone.
I tried resetting, power down/up with no results.
The software version is 1.3.0 build:2711 at both.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i can talk from
OBI 110
to other
OBI 110
while both of them r not connected to OBI network
by using
Google voice
!!
it was surprise to me but it is OK,
both of them are down
in obitalk site but i did connect them through
Google voice account
!!
