Ipad2 wifi only.... Cannot get ObiOn to function

Have installed ObiOn app, but cannot make or recieve calls from the app. No voice gateway is listed.

 It's also the case, although possibly unrelated, that I can make but not recieve  calls on the phone attached to my Obi110....

Help will be much appreciated.

without a gateway the app will only be able to call other Obi endpoints. As the Obi can only call other endpoints unless there is a voip service configured on it.
Can you call the echo test at 222 222 222
