My OBI talk number on the program is not the same as on the back of the unit and I can not edit it.  The service wont even register.  Please help

What do you mean the service won't register? Can you successfully add the device to your account and dial the **5.

If so, what does it show in your Obitalk account as the number for your device?

Thank you for the help.  Printed on my unit is the number 300 382 985  on the OBI dashboard it shows 290 334 886 and yes it will not register with the **5 dial.

The 290 number is your software client. If that's the only number you see you have no OBi units registered to your account yet.

The Obi number 300..... will  not show in the account until the device is successfully added.

What happens when you select add device and it prompts you to pick up the phone and dial **5 xxxx
