It would be nice to be able to enter a * Code to be able to play a pre loaded audio file.

Speaking for the calling parties, I'm delighted to not have to listen to music or marketing messages/ads while on hold. I don't wish to be "entertained" or "informed" while I'm waiting. The waiting is annoying enough.
