OBi1032 Transfer & Conference Settings

I have been trying to get BlindTransfer and Conference working to send calls to Lenny using buttons on my OBi1032 SideCar.

I have a SIP account with future-nine on SP1
SP2 through SP6 are all GV numbers.

My SideCar1 Settings:

When I go to make the Blind Transfer, I hit the SideCar Key 12 and then hang up, nothing happens.

When I try to conference Lenny, I get this message on my OBi1032 in a green box.

"No call key is available to make another call."

No answer to this? No tutorials in Support? Customer support and assistance is not very good.

My SIP redirects don't work as they used an ITSLENNY.COM address which no longer works. However I see this phone number to use now. It does answer with Lenny.
