For years, I've been using a procedure similar to the one listed here:
http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=12492.0

My Obi200 is connected with a standard phone to send and receive calls using Google Voice. It works fine.
But I also using Linphone, a sip client, on my computers to make and receive calls through my Obi200 using Google Voice (I hope that makes sense).

Something stopped working. If I receive a call on Google Voice, my Phone and Linphone both ring. I can answer using either and everything works fine.
I can make calls through the ph phone and it works fine.
But if I try to MAKE a call through Linphone, that's when I now have problems.
If I call my cell phone with Linphone, the cell phone can hear my voice. However, Linphone never hears anything from the cell phone. Linphone shows bytes are being uploaded, but no bytes downloaded and the call terminates on its own after 20 seconds. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to solve this problem.

If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
I can always make Google Voice calls directly through the interface, but I'd like to go through my SIP software.

That's no longer necessary. At all.

Just use the official Google Voice mobile apps for Android or iOS.  Google Voice fully supports VoIP calling.

If anyone has an answer to the question I actually asked, please let me know  :)
