Title: Re: blinking red Post by: pothound on October 05, 2015, 12:35:17 pm hi support says keep it plugged in and give them the adapter number.which i did. this happened as a result of my cable modem malfunctioning. i was going to start from the begining and resetting it, plus all the other steps. the next day i took it out to reset it, and it started working again. are they able to repair this thru cyberspace? i'm surprised but it is working.
