Title: Unable to add device on Obi200

I am not able to add device to my account. I am able to make a call through my cordless handset(as per step 3) to **9 222 222 222, but I dont receive the call in step 4. My Power Led is solid green, my Ethernet Led is solid green, while my Phone Led is Off. It blinks when I call the **9 222 222 222 number. I have tried adding it as DMZ device, tried updating DNS servers, added port forwarding to my router, but nothing seems to help. Did I get a faulty Obi200?

Sounds like you are not following the instructions. There is no call to you.

The web portal gives you a code. You dial **5 followed by that code.

Also, it is not unknown for Obihai's server to go on the blink at a weekend and not work properly until someone reboots it on the Monday morning.  :(

If you can make the **9222222222 and hear your own voice it is very unlikely that your OBi200 is faulty.

yes, that was the problem. I was waiting for a ring, duh! :)
