Title: Unable to complete RingTO setup because of anveo 911 screwed up

Trying to setup up the ringto service and started the process that took me out to anveo for 911 setup. I only want the $12/yr service but it was forcing the $15/yr enhanced junk. During the setup I clicked on a link for pricing and options to locate the $12/yr service. This SCREWED everything up. I'm stuck in a loop being prompted to complete my E911 setup (for $15?) and then told it my account required funds. Clicked on the link to add funds and it fails telling me that my E911 service must be completed 1st. I returned to ObiTalk control panel and started the process again and now told I can't create the anveo 911 account because my email address is already in use.

HELP!
