Title: Two SIP accounts on Obi202 Post by: Emilia on January 04, 2016, 12:56:46 pm Hello and Happy New Year!
I have an Obi202 with the following setup: SP1 – Anveo for incoming calls to port 1 SP2 - Google Voice to port 1 SP3 – Google Voice to port 2 SP4 – Empty. Trying to set Callcentric for incoming calls and 911 outgoing to port 1 I can set just one SIP service (Callcentric or Anveo) on SP1 or SP4. But I cannot add another SIP provider. The second SIP service provider does not register. I tried to manipulate manual settings. I tried to reset and reinstall all providers. I’m not sure what else to try. Let me know what you think. Thank you, Emilia Title: Re: Two SIP accounts on Obi202 Post by: azrobert on January 04, 2016, 06:21:37 pm Use OBi Expert with everything at default
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile D SIP -> ProxyServer: callcentric.com Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName: 1777xxxxxxx (your CC acct#) Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword: Your_CC_PW Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile: D Go to Status -> System Status Does SP4 show registered? Now I can call Callcentric number connected to Obi202 SP4 -> ph1. As you suggested I use OBi Expert with everything at default and then set: Service Providers -> ITSP Profile D SIP -> ProxyServer: callcentric.com Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> AuthUserName: 1777xxxxxxx Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> AuthPassword: callcentric password Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> X_ServProvProfile: D Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> X_RegisterEnable: selected Voice Services -> SP4 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute: {ph1} Status -> System Status -> SP4 Service Status: Registered (server=204.11.192.170:5060; expire in 30 sec) It works, but on the Device Configuration - Obi202 -> Service Provider Set-Up -> SP4 is shown as Not Configured. Is that normal? When I tried to set-up SP4 using Edit Service Provider 4 Settings, the SP4 status was always shown as Registration is not required. Title: Re: Two SIP accounts on Obi202 Post by: azrobert on January 05, 2016, 05:37:26 am Don't know why, but "Not Configured" is normal when configured using OBi Expert.
"Registration Not Required" is displayed when X_RegisterEnable is unchecked. Maybe it thinks you are only using CC for outbound only. X_RegisterEnable=Checked and X_InboundCallRoute=ph are defaults. You caught my coding error. I copied the code from a different post and failed to change SP2 to SP4.
