Title: Obi200 with Callcentric final problem needing solution Post by: travelerww on February 25, 2016, 06:35:44 am My landline number has been successfully ported & works well except for one problem : When calling from my own cell phone, I get the recorded greeting that "the person you are calling is currently unavailable...." .
In coming calls from other cell phone numbers are received normally. Callcentric believes that the Obi200 has a block on my cell phone number. How could that have occurred since my own cell phone calls prior to the number port were being received normally? Callcentric thinks a "reboot" of the Obi200 might clear the problem. Is a reboot done by disconnecting the power to the Obi200 & then re-connecting? Let us know what you find.
