I just purchased an Obi200 and am trying to set it up. I've followed the set up instructions and the tutorials. However, when I dial **9 222 222 222 all that pops up is the annoying ring followed by "There is no service available to complete your call." I've dialed ***6 to try to update the device and it says "No update is available." The device is connected correctly. The power light and internet light are both green, but the phone light is off. I'm not sure what I need to do to get it to work.

I did that and when I went back to add the device back to my account it is asking to verify it with a password. I'm not sure what password it is because my login password isn't working. I called my internet provider to make sure the firewall wasn't preventing the device from being used. Any idea where I can find the password?
