Title says it all. Went to make some provider changes and I was given a message saying I needed to update firmware. Firmware was the latest but I downloaded and tried to manually update it anyways, device gave me a message saying my firmware is the same or newer than the one on the site. Web portal is telling me I can't make changes to my service provider due to firmware.
Device worked fine until a few days ago. Not sure what I can do since the portal thinks I'm using old firmware. I checked all over the forums and I am definitely using the latest firmware version and build.
Any help would be appreciated.
