Title: OBi202 with voip.ms - one works inbound, one doesn't

I have two voip.ms accounts that are set up the same, and were working with my old OBi202. It went belly-up, so I have a new one. After setting up both lines exactly the same, line 1 goes straight to voicemail for inbound calls, and line 2 rings in just fine. Both work outbound. Why might this be happening?

Does the voip.ms portal show both accounts registered?
Does the Obitalk interface show them as registered?
