Title: Could not connect (or similar) message when dialing

I get (randomly) recorded message that the call did go thru due to unable to connect (or similar) message, . I redial the number and it completes. Most are local 7 digit numbers. I called PhonePower (Broadvoice) and was suggested to increase the dialing time out by a couple of seconds when you pause entering in a number (usually longer) that you haven't memorized.
It's almost as the system doesn't recognize the path to complete the call with calls afterwards going thru ok.

Anyone else get this?
