Title: Problem with transfer of outgoing call by "far end" automated attendent
Post by: OrmontUS on December 15, 2016, 09:00:41 AM
Please forgive me if this has come up before (I've searched for a solution and nothing has come up).

I am using an OBi110 (with what I believe is the latest firmware) and Google Voice.  In general, everything works well and as expected.

That said, with two specific numbers in my area code (but that may be coincidental), I can connect to their automated attendant, but when their phone answering gadget transfers me to the proper extension, I'm cut off and get a dial tone.  If I make the call directly through Google Voice (from my PC through my Gmail account), everything works fine and their automated attendant works properly.  That leads me to believe that the problem is related in some fashion to the OBi110, rather than Google Voice.

Incidentally, both numbers I'm having this issue with are businesses (a bank and a large accounting firm) and are presumably using some sort of VOIP solution (I know in the bank's case, it's Cisco based).

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
