Title: Message Waiting Indication Post by: jimbtv on April 27, 2017, 02:32:23 pm I am using an OBI 1062 with voip.ms and am trying to get message waiting indication (MWI) working. I have the X_MWISubscribe box checked under the ITSP SIP Profile I am using, and I have the X_VMWIEnable and X_MessageCenterEnable boxes checked under SPx Service, Call Features.
I can see messages accumulating at the voip.ms site but I get no audible or visual notification on the phone. voip.ms says this feature is automatic on their system and needs no configuration at their end. All is operating well now.
