Title: Trouble reaching Anveo from MTS (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

I am in Winnipeg with a number provided from Anveo. We have noticed that customers from MTS (now BellMTS) seem to have some trouble reaching our number, often from cellphones. Has anyone else experienced this?
