Title: Dropped Calls, Every One

I got Obi200 with Google voice. Using Netgear D2200 router. Can make and receive calls but every one of them drops within a couple of minutes and sometimes the dial tone comes in or just silence. Only have one laptop pc running with it and it does not matter if the pc is shut down or running, all calls drop. Also, one caller said they heard an "echo" with our voices. Not sure what to do?

This could be due to any number of reasons. Do you have a QoS plan set up through your router? If not, look up how to do so in order to prioritize VoIP packets over regular data packets. Are you using Google Voice, or another service provider? Is the PBX system (voicemails, ivr, etc.) located in the cloud, or do you have a PBX server in the office (Asterisk, FreePBX, etc.)?
