My parents, who use Vonage, are no longer able to complete a call to me on my Obi202 using Google Voice. They dial my GV number, I hear my phone ring and pick it up. It instantly disconnects me. I am able to call their Vonage number and connect successfully. Does anyone know what I can do to allow them to complete a call to me?

Yes, have them contact Vonage and get Vonage to troubleshoot the outbound call from their end.

Ok. So it sounds like it is not an Obi or GV issue. I'll advise them to contact Vonage as you suggested. Thank you.
