Unit was working earlier in the day. When there was no dial tone an hour later, noticed I couldn't ping it or reach it via http. LED is flashing Red. Power cycle didn't help. Still flashing red.

Instead of trying to get that up and running, consider replacing that OBi110 device with a OBi2 series, such as OBi200 or OBi202. These OBi200 device or OBi202 device has many more features and will allow you to add up to 4 Google Voice accounts also.
Will save you a lot more time.

I've never upgraded to a 2xx model because I have a landline. Are there any currently supported models with landlines?
