Title: International calls
Post by: dima on September 29, 2017, 07:27:05 AM
Hello forum,
I'm using FPL as primary line (to all Canadian calls) and GV as secondary to all US bound calls. I wonder how do I dial international numbers? For example, I tried calling Madrid, Spain using this: 011-34-915-249xxx but my Obi unit says that I have no call route available.
my oubtnound call route looks like this:
{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{222222222:pp},{(Msp1):sp1},{(Msp2):sp2}
call return digitmap:
{pli:(xx.)},{sp1:(<**1>xx.)},{sp2:(<**2>xx.)},{sp3:(<**3>xx.)},{sp4:(<**4>xx.)},{bt:(<**8>xx.)},{bt2:(<**82>xx.)},{pp:(<**9>xx.)}

Digitmap for FPL:
(1(236|250|778|403|587|780|825|306|639|204|431|416|437|647|807|249|705|226|519|548|289|365|905|343|613|418|581|450|579|438|514|819|873|709|506|782|902|867)xxxxxxx|(236|250|778|403|587|780|825|306|639|204|431|416|437|647|807|249|705|226|519|548|289|365|905|343|613|418|581|450|579|438|514|819|873|709|506|782|902|867)xxxxxxx|<**1:>xx.|18(00|88|77|66|55|44)xxxxxxx|*98|911|933)

Digitmap for GV: (1xxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<**2:>xx.)
please advise how to change my settings to allow international calls and what sequence of digits to use , for example: 011 +countryCode + number.
I can probably change that for both providers, so i'm curious how to do that as well (if I decide whom to use for international calls).

Many thanks.

Add

011XXXX.|

immediately after the ( in the digit map of whichever of FPL or GV you decide to use.

If you only want to dial Spanish numbers of country code 34 and 9 digits you can shorten the post dialling delay by instead adding

01134XXXXXXXXX|
