I have the Chat box checked!

I have an OBI located outside the USA. It uses a USA Google Voice #.

Outbound calls no problem and free to USA.

Inbound calls do not ring.

Question, is that because Google Voice incoming calls are intended to be used within just USA?

Well, there you have it. Google Voice and Hangouts are not supported at all in Mexico. You can thank Carlos Slim for that.

Funny.

I can make outbound calls just not receiving inbound calls but they do go to voicemail.

I use google hangouts down there on my cell phone or tablet to make/receive calls. I get how they could block it though.
