I use Call Centric for my business, but they haven't a feature to change the MOH, which is terrible.

How can I use either a built-in MOH on my 1022 phones or something else? Can I bypass the Call Centric MOH?

Why don't you email Callcentric and ask them if they can disable their MOH?

They say no, so now I'm looking for a workaround.
Short of that, I'll need a new service. Any suggestions?

voip.ms is pretty similar, feature-wise, it's highly regarded here by members. Their customer support is very sparse, as is their crappy web site, but the service is very reliable. Perhaps they would be a good fit.
