Hello:

I set up a new obi200 using Anveo Retail - not the special Anveo/Obi deal.

I cannot dial out or in.

Device is registered at Anveo. Device is registered at ObiTalk. I can do the echo test.

If I dial the Anveo number, the Obi does not ring but I hear the ring on the phone that I am using and the incoming call appears in the Anveo CDR.

When I pick up the Obi attached phone, I have a dial tone but when I dial a number I get nothing and no outgoing record in Anveo CDR

3.2.1 (Build: 5757EX)

Any ideas as to what is going on?

Log in to the OBI200's onboard web server GUI and look at the Call History.  Are the incoming calls shown there? What SP and number does it show for the outgoing attempts?
