Already tried "no" in voice mail settings and then removed cell from GV

What exactly do you mean by "can't call the GV number"? What happens?
Have you very recently ported the number to GV?
I can't call the landline type phone connected to OBi200 setup to use my google number. I call out with that phone and get incoming calls but cannot call it from my cell even when using cell tower.
No porting

You may have answered my ques. but I couldn't find it.
I solved that but now no incoming calls, all go to gv mail no matter what settings are changed/ just quit a few days ago.
