Here is my setup. I have Fios TriplePlay – Tv, Internet and Phone. I would like to add Google voice via Obi200. This will have different phone number than my Fios phone. The Obi200, of course, will be plug into Verizon g1100 router.
Can both phone service exist on the same hardware without any adverse interference, crosstalk, etc.

Sure, that'll work. FiOS phone and Google Voice won't interfere with each other at all.
