Title: Obitalk 200 "softphone" doesn't ring when called

Hello,

I set up my Obitalk earlier this past week and configured Google Voice, such that I am able to make outgoing calls using my connected soft phone. However, when I call my connected soft phone, only my computer rings, not the softphone itself.

Also, while my Obi dashboard shows that the OBi200 Google Talk line is "connected," under "soft phone" it indicates that it is "offline."

Please advise how to make only my softphone ring and not my computer.

Also, do you know to port an old VOIP number to the new OBi?

1.  What softphone?

2. You do not "port an old VoIP number to the new OBi".  You configure the new OBi with the same VoIP credentials that you used previously.
