I see how to configure for SP1 or SP2 or both. Is there a way to set up for SP1 normally but SP2 if SP1 is busy (in use?) [of course this is a 202]
Related -- I see I can setup up call forward busy (one mechanism for this) using *60. Is there a way to set it up using the control panel? I don't want to switch to expert settings until I'm fluent in OBI -- is there a way to do this in the advanced settings?
