I like Voip.Ms and also have a Callcentric account.

You need to determine what porting cost is (if bringing in a number) or the price to purchase a number.

For Voip.Ms, porting is currently free, a new number costs like 40 cents to buy and perhaps a dollar a month to have. Calls can be 1/2 cent to a cent per minute for example. They have an online rate lookup if you have the international number you will be dialing.

I don't have outbound calling with Callcentric so I don't know their rates, but that are somewhat in line with those I just quoted. They offer a free New York City number that would give you free inbound calls, you would just pay for outbound. Many of us that free number for a free fax inbound service.
