Title: OBI202 change which phone port rings on linked extension call Post by: Gavo on February 14, 2018, 03:17:05 am Hello,
I have two OBI202s linked together - "main office" is ext 22 and "remote office" is ext 20. When I setup SIP providers it's pretty easy saying which port will ring but where do I find this setting with linked OBIs ? I only want port 2 to ring when the linked extension call comes in, with port 1 setup to ring when an inbound call comes in from the SIP provider number. Help much appreciated. You need to use OBi Expert to modify the inbound route on the target device. The inbound route is found here:
Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service -> InboundCallRoute I never used linked devices, so I don't know exactly what the rule looks like. It should be something like: {111222333:ph,ph2} 111222333 is the OBi number of the calling device. Change it to: {111222333:ph2} In OBi Expert you need to uncheck both boxes to the right of the value to see the current value or be able to modify it.
