What happened to being able to manually configure my ObiTalk device (202)?

Trying to reconfigure my device because it took a hard reset and the system won't let me edit anything in expert mode.

Nothing happened to the facility to manually configure Obi devices.  (BTW there are no "Obitalk devices".)

Be more specific about how you are trying to use Expert mode and what happens when you do.
