3 out of 4 of my phone's screens are dull as if the brightness level was turned down to 2. The setting is at 7, same as the one that shines brightly.
I tried changing it in the preferences/screen brightness, but it doesn't make a difference.
Any suggestions?

Um, contact Obihai if they're under warranty. Mine are set to 6 and are plenty bright.

I figured it out. The power supplies used were from my old Grand Stream phones. Once I hooked up the original Obihai power plugs, the screens brightened up.
