We have set up 2 Obi1062 phones in our office using google voice. I have researched here and was able to successfully add a personalized "hold message" in place of the an(jazz) hold music in the MOH. It's in Sp1 on auto attendant. It works fine but the same message (understandably) repeats, immediately, over and over, and I need to fix that.
I would like to know if there is a way to add a (or multiple) "pauses" into the macros, and if so how? Or just how to get it to stop repeating and only repeat every 3 minutes or so - by any means, or only once would be just fine. I really would like to use the message and not music, so any help on how to get it to stop repeating and how I do that would be super helpful.
