Since ObiHai got updated to 3.2.2 (Build: 5859EX), I am unable to make international calls to India using Google Voice.

For a landline number, I get "We could not complete your call" and for a cellphone "This is not a valid number". I can dial both numbers via my mobile using Google Voice.

Is there a change in the way international numbers need to be dialed with the new Google Voice setup?

Yes. Dial 011 before the country code.
