I would like to build a complete list of VoIP providers that currently allow users to have iNum phone numbers.
iNum never really took off, but it still has a few advantages:
1) one number that actually works reliably with digital (pure SIP-SIP) calls across different provider networks;
2) no need to memorize which service the endpoint uses;
3) can be called from PSTN phone without going through a dial-in number (albeit with some cost)
Are there others?
Providers I know of:

Anyone else?

VoIP.ms provides a free iNum DID to its customers. I route all unknown numbers to my VoIP.ms iNum for call handling.
Localphone also provides iNum DID's but they are now charging 0.25/monthly.
