Title: ObiTalk Obi200 and e911 Service

Finally got my Obi200 working again through lots of trial and error and some help from people here. However, now it won't let me make calls, saying that the e911 service needs to be set up. How do I make Obi know it is set up? I already have e911 configured on PhonePower, which is registered to SP1 on the Obi.
