Title: OBi200 HOW TO CHECK FIRMWARE VERSION

Hi i a m having problems using GV on my OBi200 the first thing i was wondering how could i see if i have the latest firmware?

Dial ***0. At the prompt you want option 1. 5898 seems to be the latest.

3.2.1.5794
as far i understand this is not the latest version, how do i update to the latest version?

i don't know why but incoming calls there is no sound, neither i hear the caller or the caller hears me,
any ideas?
