Why can't Obihai give us file locations?
Obi504vs seems to have broken GV implementation.
I get status connected but can't call out or receive.
Calling out gets 500 error.
I'm running 4.0.4 (Build: 5793)
Is there a later version that fixes GV?
Please, please, please act like a real manufacturer with real paying
customers.

The latest and only FW at the moment that addresses the GV issues is 4.05 (build 5903EX), which support is not providing unless one pays a annual support. Ridiculous. We (Obi5xx owners) need to band together to get them to release it to us. After paid $500+ and only a month or so past anniversary, it is unfair for the manufacture to hold me hostage unless I pay another ransom. BAD!
Why the other Obi200 forums have good folks volunteer putting their most current FWs online to benefit others?

Mine is only six months old and I still can't get firmware.
They don't reply to support tickets at all, nor do the answer phone or return voicemail.
