I wonder if a feature of GV does not work because of a 202 firmware issue.

How should we know, if you don't describe this mystery feature that does not work, and what is happening instead of what you think should happen?

And the answer to your title's question is:  yes, as long as the device is added to your OBiTALK dashboard.
