If the portal says "Offline", sometimes it only means the portal cannot see your device at all.  It doesn't specifically mean anything about what's going on with SP1.

Is the Google Voice service on your Obi200 still working?

Have you by any chance disabled the Obitalk service on the Obi200?

The local user interface hosted on the device itself can report your actual Service Provider status.  If you're not familiar with how to access it, you need the IP address of the device, and any standard internet browser on the same network.  The device will tell you its IP address if you key in ***1.  Put that in your browser address bar.  The interface has a user/password of admin/admin.  The screen that comes up initially is System Status.

On the System Status screen, you can see the Service Status of both SP1 and the Obitalk Service.

Let us know what you see.

Also, while you're on that screen, just for fun, please report your software version.
