Title: OBi1062 intermittent problems

Hi-
Bought my first VoIP business phone.  Lots to like about the OBi1602 OBi1062including speakerphone quality, but I'm running into frustrating intermittent problems.  Wondering whether these are problems to be expected from time to time (I'm a newbie re: VoIP handsets), or whether maybe I have a bad device?

1) Other party can't hear me well/choppy.  Disabled SIP/ALG & rebooted Gateway/phone, but still occuring.  Rebooting phone solves the problem immediately... until the next time.

2) I paired a bluetooth headset to the phone.  When headset is off, I've had calls where:
Headset icon grayed out, speaker icon bright: every 15 seconds, speaker icon disappeared & headset button lit up/headset icon brightened (i.e. phone tries to connect to bluetooth headset even though it is powered off); press speaker button so I can hear again: both icons bright for maybe 3 seconds, then headset icon grays out, but every 15 seconds, cycle happens again until I end the call; same if I pick up phone handset (i.e. if I'm on handset, same 15 second cycle)

3) Today, a new experience: one time, the phone rang but display didn't light up: just flashing button, so I couldn't see who was calling!

Any feedback from OBi1602 OBi1062 owners?

You will wait a long time for comments from OBi1602 owners.

(Hint: There are no OBi1602s.)

What firmware version?
