Title: obi 200 outgoing calls

I have a dial tone but after putting number in nothing happens. Any suggestions what the issue could be?

I suggest you realise that  very few if any of your readers have crystal balls. Provide useful information such as:

1.  Has this ever worked or is it a new installation.  If it has worked previously, what has changed?

2.  If it is new, does the echo test work?  Have you added the device to the portal.

3.  If successfully added to the portal, which Service Provider have you attempted to configure.  Did that succeed?

4.  Do we assume that incoming calls do work OK?

5.  Do you know that OBis only work with TouchTone phones?  Old rotary dial phones or keypad phones set to pulse dialling cannot make outgoing calls.
