Title: OBi202 - Service Not Configured Post by: N7AS on October 20, 2018, 04:39:25 pm I have an OBi202 that I took out of retirement a week ago. It was upgraded to 3.2.2 (Build: 5921EX) which was pushed to it a few days ago.
When I tried to add one of my GV numbers to it sat on Configuring... for some time and settled to Service Not Configured. I have since tried this several times with the same results. My OBi200 has the same firmware and is working ok. Why is this happening? Sometimes the process fails the first time, when it updates the firmware, but the second time works. I'd also completely clean out the permission you granted to OBiTALK to access that Google account's Google Voice service as part of the "do-over". Full instructions:

I have tried the "do-over" process 3 times now but still unable to configure GV service.
