Title: Just started - No incoming calls Post by: Fweezal on December 28, 2018, 02:51:18 pm Using GV on a Obi200. It's been working fine until a few days ago, then, for no apparent reason we stopped getting incoming calls. Outbound calls are fine. Just nothing incoming. I have recreated the phone and made sure it was checked as the "Forward to" device in GV. DND is turned off in both GV and through *79. Still... nuthin'

Does the phone LED on the OBi200 (the rightmost LED) flash when the GV number is called? Does the phone LED on the OBi200 (the rightmost LED) flash when the GV number is called? Oddly enough, I recreated the device and set it up in GV again; then rebooted the Obi200, and IT WORKS NOW! Don't ask me why because I can't even BEGIN to say why! |
