I have 2 OBI200s. Been working fine for a long time. Got msg today that one OBI200 was offline. Rebooted it and it came back online. Then it went off 2 more times. Currently offline.
Both OBI200s are connected to the same router.
where is the problem?
Maybe your VoIP provider is down.
all lines on both OBIs are Google Voice .
it is connected to my router via a switch.
Depowering the switch doesn't bring it back.
It will come back if I unplug the Ethernet and replug it or depower the OBI.
It has worked for a long time. It now goes offline about 1/day.
When it goes offline the switch doesn't see it.
Other lines connected to the switch seem OK.
The OBI config hasn't changed.
I suspect the switch is failing or its wall wart.
Try the Obi without the switch in the mix.
