Have new Obi202. Everything setup, and seemed to work as expected, but inbound calls from GV to Obi never ring, and outbound calls from Obi via GV have no caller ID. Only messages I threads I found on this topic are too old to be useful. I imagine I might be looking in the wrong place.
This is happening because you have set up your OBi 202 to use a Google/Gmail account that doesn't have a Google Voice phone number.
If you want to use Google Voice, then get a Google Voice phone number, and authorize the SP1-SP4 slot you wish to use, to the same Google account that holds your Google Voice number.
