Title: Can't add device

Test call works and the code is received by the server during the add process but the device repeatedly fails to add.  Is there a system problem or is this on my end?  What can I do to troubleshoot?

ended up working after several retries, no changes on my end.

same problem here..not able to add device. able send the code to the server but failed to add device...any help is appreciated...
